Material & Craft: Made of high-quality carbon structural steel or low-alloy high-strength steel, it is precision processed through cutting, welding, grinding and anti-corrosion coating. Stiffeners can be added inside the box to enhance structural stability and deformation resistance.
Appearance Features: It has an overall box/cross section, with anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating (light gray in the picture) on the surface. Connection holes and lifting lugs are reserved at the ends for convenient on-site installation and splicing.

Structure Composition: It consists of cylindrical steel columns and large box-shaped/I-shaped steel beams, spliced via high-strength bolts or welding to form a multi-story frame load-bearing skeleton. Safety nets and working platforms are visible in the image to ensure high-altitude construction safety.
Craft & Standards: Components are prefabricated from high-quality low-alloy high-strength steel, coated with anti-corrosion paint, and transported to the site for modular installation. It complies with international quality standards such as EN 1090 and ISO, with over 28 years of professional fabrication and construction experience.
Core Advantages: It features high seismic resistance, large-span load capacity, and rapid construction. Factory prefabrication and on-site assembly greatly shorten the construction period, making it suitable for super high-rise buildings, large-span public buildings, and industrial plants.

Structure & Craft: It uses a thick-walled steel tube as the main body, which can be filled with concrete inside. A large number of shear studs (shear connectors) are welded to the outer wall to enhance the synergistic performance between the steel tube and the internal concrete, improving overall stiffness and load-bearing capacity. The component is processed through precise procedures such as cutting, rolling, welding, derusting, and anti-corrosion coating.
Appearance Features: Cylindrical in shape, with a light gray anti-corrosion coating on the surface. The outer wall is densely covered with stud-shaped shear studs, and connection interfaces are reserved at the ends for on-site splicing with steel beams, foundations, or other components.

Structure & Craft: Made of high-quality low-alloy high-strength steel plates, it is formed into a box-shaped or cross-shaped section through cutting, welding, and assembling. Stiffeners can be installed inside to improve torsion and bending resistance. After shot blasting and derusting, the surface is coated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint. Bolt holes, connecting plates, and lifting lugs are reserved at the ends for on-site high-strength bolt connection and installation.
Appearance Features: The section is a closed box or composite cross shape. The main body is coated with light gray anti-corrosion paint, and the ends are exposed rust-colored connecting end plates. Reinforcing plates and lifting lugs are welded on the sides, showing a heavy and high-precision structure.
